Wong Io Chun graduated from Maritime Services Training Institute and has served all along from 3rd Officer, 2nd Officer to Chief Officer. He has also worked in Hong Kong Marine Department office as back-office assistant. As a young C/O, he is passionate, diligent and equipped with multiple sea-going knowledge. He is now in charge of Condition survey, Cargo survey, Draft survey and all other types of marine investigation in HDUM.
