After graduating from Shanghai Maritime University, Capt. Deng Zhen Xian had been serving as the Master of several types of ocean-going vessels, with extensive experience in ship management at sea for several years. From 2014 till now, he had been working in ship’s Management office; Capt. Deng experienced as the role of the Marine safety manager and DPA,CSO and was in charge of company’s DOC interim、initial、annual auditing；vessel’s SMS/ISPS/MLC initial, intermediate and renewal auditing ; and experienced participating and providing professional support to all kinds of ship’s class、flag、 other third parties survey or inspection to the ship which including investigation、analysis and closing to various accident and incident occurred on board, His years of expertise in maritime industry makes him an asset for the company on Ship’s Technical Management, Operation and Development.
