Glicerio B. Casas Jr, aftering graduated from Philippine Maritime Institute and John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University, has served as 1st Engineer and Chief Engineer during his seagoing career. Afterwards, he dedicated his career as Marine/Technical Superintendents, Deputy General Managers and Marine Surveyors. His duties cover the management of overall ship management tasks and operation of fleet vessels, in specific, the aspect of technical engineering, repair and maintenance. Apart from this, he attended many professional courses and certifications which have enhanced his competence, skills and knowledge as a surveyor and shipping expert. He is now in charge of P&I condition and all other types of marine surveys for HDUM.
