HDUM in January 2020 was appointed by the Hong Kong Marine Department to provide professional service for performing Flag State Audits and Pre-Arrival Audits of Hong Kong registered ships in Mainland China and abroad in view of Quality assurance for Hong Kong registered ships.

In October 2020, we obtained the authorization of Republic of the Marshall Islands to conduct flag state inspection for vessels flying Marshall Islands flags, in order to ensure safety regulations are observed.

HDUM is also an Inventory of Hazardous Material (IHM) expert company approved by IACS member classification societies, such as LR, BV, NKK, ABS, CCS, KR, etc. the Republic of Liberia and the Republic of the Marshall Islands. All our surveyors are qualified and certified to conduct onboard IHM surveys.
