After serving as Marine Chief Engineer (A-1) at sea, C/E. Nguyen Van Hoi commenced his off-shore maritime services as technical supervisor for refrigerated container ship, and has been actively participated in various marine investigations since 2003. C/E. Nguyen Van Hoi, as an IHM expert, has good training, qualifications knowledge and experience to perform IHM Surveys.
