C/E Zhou holds rich experience within his expertise as a Chief Engineer on multi-purpose vessel, bulk carrier, car carrier, dry dock etc. As well as Marine Engineering Management student at Dalian Marine University and past Technical Superintendent for general cargo vessel and bulk carrier.
