With years of maritime practices as the Chief Engineer at sea, C/E Lei Ming progressed his career as Marine Surveyor in BV Class and GL Class Society, with specialist knowledge in new-building survey, occasional, annual, intermediate & renewal survey for vessel in service. C/E Lei has also gained expertise in vessel’s voyage repair and container ship’s emergency technical operation while serving as the Technical Superintendent (OOCL Superintendent) within the shipping industry. C/E Lei has accomplished Internal Modular Training for Surveyors, Auditor Training of GL Class Society, and is highly professional in maritime investigation and Safety & Quality System Management. C/E Lei, as an IHM Technical supervisor, has good training, qualifications, knowledge and experience to perform IHM Surveys. C/E Lei is authorized by Hong Kong Marine Department as FSA &PAA surveyor
