Mr. Li Shuai is a Marine engineer graduate with years of experience in the ship yard and repair works. He has worked as a supervisor for quality control in shipyard, later becoming technical manager in charge of the ship repairs and spares with large corporation. He has been providing his expertise in maritime jobs since 2016 to this company, his unique perspective as a maritime professional related to ship yard given a very important strength in detailing with yard cases. Mr. Li, as an IHM expert, has good training, qualifications, knowledge and experience to perform IHM Surveys.
