Capt. Tang Huaizeng graduated from Wuhan University of Technology with a major in Marine Navigation Management. Served as Master Mariner of over 10 vessels, Tang Huaizeng has over 12 years of experience onboard. He is also experienced as a past Marine Superintendent, Supervisor & Operator of navigation safety and SMS safety supervision for owned bulk vessels as marine superintend, and ship daily operation assistance. He is now in charge of Internal Audit, Marine Superintendent, P&I condition and all other types of marine surveys for HDUM.
