C/E Xu Zhirong holds extensive experience as Technical Superintendent, Classification society surveyor, H&M surveyor along with the sea going experience of around 15 years on Oil/Chemical Tanker as a Chief Engineer. He completed his studies from Wuhan University of Technology in Marine Engineering Management and employed as marine engineer. Later, he served DNVGL for more than 10 years as Class Surveyor and supervised various new building ships at shipyards. C/E Xu, as an IHM expert, has good training, qualifications knowledge and experience to perform IHM surveys. C/E XU is also authorized by the Hong kong Marine Department FSA & PAA surveyor to carry out audits on vessels flying Hong Kong Flag.
